A newsletter means news, so make sure it's fresh at the time of distribution.
In other words, one hurdle to newsletter development has always been collecting any myriad of stories for one particular issue in a timely manner. (See process diagram below.)
Missing needed info? We'll track it down. Deadlines closing? We'll push hard to meet them. Photos not available? We'll illustrate them.
How many pages? Are there multiple mailing lists? Some to get printed and some to distributed online? How many inks and folds - and why? Which printing method is the best solution and why? Convert some articles to e-cards?
